I really liked this outfit.
Navy Dress - NY and Co
Khaki Blazer - NY and Co
Necklace - Laila Rowe (my favorite place for jewelry - inexpensive, cute, and unique!)
Nude Pumps (or as my coworker's call it - wedding shoes since I wore them in my friend Kelly's wedding and wore them around the office prior to break them in)
I really like this outfit. Your blazers really help to make you look more professional. I should probably try this style too, but I just don't feel like a blazer person. I rock my cardigan sweaters like there's no tomorrow, so hopefully that ups my professional looking attire a little bit.
ReplyDeleteMy other problem is that I'm not a shoe person. I'd happily wear flip flops for the rest of my life if I could. I wear the same black pumps to work everyday... but your nude pumps really bring the outfit together!
I'm really enjoying seeing your updates :)
Thanks!!! Where do you get your cardigans? I would prefer to wear more of those but I am struggling to find some.
ReplyDeleteOh and I too would prefer flip flops. I carry my heels in my bag to the office and wear flip flops
ReplyDeleteI give you an A++ for this outfit. It rocks -- love the nude shoes & blazer. PERFECT.
ReplyDeleteSomeone posted this on this blog recently, and I thought you might find it interesting, particularly the post links to similar topics at the bottom of this post... http://www.wardrobeoxygen.com/2012/06/dressing-for-respect-in-office.html
ReplyDeleteI wore my version of a "professional outfit" today in honor of the division luncheon. You'll have to let me know if it works ;)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait!!!
